Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging. Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened items unless there is a quality issue.
How to Return
- Contact our customer support with your order number
- Receive a return authorization and shipping label
- Ship the product back in its original packaging
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
Quality Guarantee
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
