2. Products and Services

NutriLeaf Naturals offers organic moringa and banana powder products for both retail customers and B2B buyers. Product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

• All products are certified organic (USDA, EU Organic)
• Product images are for illustration purposes
• We reserve the right to limit quantities
• Pricing excludes shipping unless stated otherwise

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Payment must be received in full before order processing unless credit terms have been arranged for B2B customers.

• Retail orders: Payment via UPI, credit/debit cards, or COD
• B2B orders: Payment via T/T, L/C, or D/P as agreed
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) for domestic orders
• Export orders are quoted in USD

4. Shipping and Delivery

We strive to deliver products within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

• Domestic delivery: 5-7 business days
• International delivery: 2-4 weeks depending on destination
• B2B bulk orders: Lead time of 2-4 weeks for production
• Shipping costs vary by destination and weight

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

• Damaged products will be replaced or refunded
• Returns for change of mind are not accepted for food products
• B2B orders: Subject to separate agreement terms
• Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
